what food should a person eat after angioplasty?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Rodeen Rahbar
19 years experience Vascular Surgery
Most anything: After angioplasty, assuming there are no complications, i generally let tell my patients to eat a regular diet. Of course, i encourage all of my patients to eat as healthy as possible and to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and keep alcohol and caffeine consumption limited for 24 hours afterwards. Check with your doctor to be sure, as there is no rule that applies to every situation.
