Same family: Prozac and Zoloft are the same family and deal with serontonin receptors. Wellbutrin hits the dopamine receptors and if they are blocked you can feel nonchalant. What is nonchalant?: I read both of your questions and it sounds like you suffer from depression which is helped with medication, when you say nonchalant about life , do you mean less worried and uptight? If that is the case, it is a good thing. But it sounds like you it worried you. What was the scary part of that feeling!

Please discuss this with your Psychiatrist and if you are lacking confidence in your Dr. please see another for a second opinion. Have a physical exam to rule out illness. Also you may want to add sessions with a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple forms of psychotherapy on Zoom.
