Hi i bumped my toe in january this year and half of my nail came off and grew back. the other half is now hard and has discoloration. what can i do?

Dystrophic nail: I would let the discolored thickened nail grow up the edge, it shocked the growth matrix when you hit it- hence growing poorly. Would trim as usual and have patience- should eventually after few rounds of trimming look near or like normal- this is best case scenario. Unless there are other factors stated.
