See a dermatologist: The lesion you describe has 2 red flag signs: size greater than 6 mm and irregular borders. Dryness and scaling of the lesion are possible warning signs of actinic keratosis ( a possible precursor of cancer) or skin cancer. Please see a dermatologist for examination and appropriate treatment.
