Issues with vertigo/malaise that worsened recently. oddly when my bp is taken i feel it in the base of my head. the vertigo began there initially. ?

Dizziness and neck: Some people have a feeling of dizziness that is related to the junction of the skull and the neck. This is not common however. The clue of feeling something at the base of your head when the BP is taken is not an obvious clue. What about neck injuries? What happens when you move your head? Vertigo should be the sense of movement when you are not moving. Hope that helps.
