The fluticasone spray is for allergy. is there certain time i should use it, such as breakfast, or lunch, or etc...?

Dose time: The main thing is consistent use. It takes 2-3 days to get the full dose built up in the membranes. Since the spray is only done once daily, just make sure the dose is taken around the same time daily therefore spacing each dose around 24 hrs. Remember-- the exact time isnt a big deal with this med. Consistent daily use is what is important !
