Regular weight train: is great for your health but can be hard on your shoulders. As you get somewhat older you may have to modify your shoulder training. Maybe more time between shoulder routines, less weight and more reps. You should not work out regularly with active pain. Try non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines such as naprosyn or Aleve (naproxen). If you are not getting better see the sports doctor. Good luck.
