Hlo doctor i m 18 yrs old i usually feel bloating whenever i eat much or whenever i eat outside i also feel pain in my left shoulder as well as my upper left back last year i was diagnosed with fatty liver so just want you what should i do pls help?

Went to GI doc have a fissure tear colonoscopy this October but I've had bloating and discomfort on my left side of my abdomen sometimes on the right.
