I had a pilar cyst removed but it started growing back. a few weeks ago it became itchy and ruptured. there is now a bald spot will the hair regrow?

Most likely yes: Most likely, the hair will grow, but it really depends on the size of the cyst and the size of the scar that has developed after the cyst has ruptured. The bigger the scar the less chance hair will grow and vice versa.
