Probably not: most likely related to the opioids, but sounds like it could be irritable bowel syndrome, which sometimes was called "mucus colitis" because of mucus coating of stools. If it persists, talk to your PCP or your buprenorphine provider about it, particularly if associated with cramps and alternating diarrhea and constipation.
