Don't do anything: Ciprofloxacin has no effect on the aorta. Your body's microbiome -- the mix of bacteria, fungi, etc of the skin, intestinal tract, and all body cavities -- will restore itself naturally and pretty fast, maybe within 1-2 weeks and certainly in several weeks. You are not likely to have any long term health problems from the ciprofloxacin.
