Pregnancy: Pregnancy is a possibility if you have been having unprotected sex and your period was abnormal. Check a pregnancy test to know for sure. You could also have a gastrointestinal problem causing bloating and vomiting. Viral infections often make you tired and can cause headaches. Hope this helps.
