See Dentist: See your Dentist for examination and diagnosis and tx options. That's the only way to find out what is really going on. Best of luck.

Wisdom tooth coming?: Due to your age I am thinking that you have a wisdom tooth coming in behind your second molar. Most people have four wisdom teeth and, if not taken out in adolescence start to come in around now. You should have a panoramic X-ray film taken by your dentist to determine their location and if they should be removed or not.

Extra Tooth: Which tooth and what location? Really cannot advise as to your treatment options, but a local dentist can. Make an appointment.

See your dentist: Go to your dentist and have the dentist perform a clinical and radiographic examination. It is rare to be getting a new tooth at age 20, unless you are feeling the wisdom teeth. To be certain, see your dentist .

Supernumerary tooth: Removal of the supernumerary teeth is recommended where there is associated pathology or compromised esthetic and functional status. See your dentist for evaluation, x-rays and treatment if needed. Good luck.
