MD: Non specific symptoms could be due to many things. You need a complete medical workup. If you have seen a doc, without getting answers, see an other doc - internist preferably.

See your PCP: Vitamin B12 and folate (folic acid) are primarily ordered to detect anemia or signs of malabsorption. You should follow-up with your PCP concerning your test results.

Abnormal folate (folic acid): if the folate (folic acid) level is elevated means nothing.. If low then it can cause anemia and then dizziness but rarely it can cause memory issues or dementia.. Low Vit-B12 is more likely to cause memory issues and dementia with anemia
