Not enough info: Hard to really comment on this with what you've provided (we don't even have your age). Most of the time when people say this it isn't worrisome but talking to a doc is a good place to start. Sometimes people require heart monitors and/or echos to help figure it out. Sometimes bloodwork as well. If it's associated with passing out or feeling lightheaded then you definitely need to see someone.

Possibly : Your question is not very specific, but you should get checked out by a doctor ASAP to be safe. Abnormal heart rhythms can be very serious, and you don't want to get that diagnosed online. Go to your doctor or an emergency center. You need a physical exam and an electrocardiogram (EKG) at the very least.
