GAD: Anxiety and fear thoughts go hand-in-hand. Try some relaxation techniques to bring on the 'relaxation response' and this should alleviate the fear thoughts to a significant degree. There are some great tapes/CDs out there and probably some for free online. Just do a search for 'relaxation exercises.' Exercise also helps. Good luck.
