Time for help: This is often a decision you must make for yourself but one with a significant impact that may not show up until later. Alone is not a good place to be when you deal with such stresses. You need to find a non-related counselor/therapist to help you piece together your feelings and learn some coping skills. Chances for better days ahead are there, but you must make the call and do the work.
