Pregnant & Pain: Pregnancy is the curveball. If no allergy to Tylenol (acetaminophen) less than 3000mg/day, then it is probably the one oral med your OB/GYN is going to recommend that you take. Talk with them about whether or not you can try topical compounds for your back symptoms (Flector patches, lidocaine patches, etc.). They might okay OTC things like Biofreeze, Aspercreme, etc.
