Hello. : Hello. Classical pregnancy symptoms can start as early as the first day you miss your period. Symptoms can include: lack of period, tender or swollen breasts, feeling tired, feeling irritable, nausea or vomiting, moodiness, headaches, urinating more often, insomnia, mild cramping, etc. A standard home pregnancy test normally won't show up as postive until you have actually missed your period. Even if pregnant, if the HCG level is too low, it may not trigger a positive. In that case, wait a week or less and re-test. The early home pregnancy test can be used even early. Take care.
