Yes, but: Prolactin can affect your fsh but by lowering it and making it look better than it really is. An fsh of 15 as you may be aware means your ovarian reserve is not particularly good, and it is likely affecting your chances for pregnancy and may be the cause for your short cycles. You should sit down with your doctor and discuss the plan, but you may have to consider egg donation in the future.
