A member asked:

What is good / bad to eat when you have thrush (oral yeast infection)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Good and bad: Avoid sugar and foods high in sugar, refined carbs, foods with yeast, junk food, fruit, alcohol, nicotine and caffeine. Eat potatoes and other starchy vegetables, whole grains, probiotic yogurts, nuts and seeds high in essential fatty acids, olive and linseed oil, herbs and spices. This is a partial list to use as a guide.
