The best is you.: The best medicine is to work on becoming well. Normalize your sleep, eating, exercise, learn to breathe through the pain, and seek joy in the moment. Surround yourself with loving positivity, and learn to separate who you are from the way your body feels. You can make pain go away, but since we do not know what causes the conditions, we have no cure. Your mind is the most powerful medicine.
