Blocked gland: Likely a blocked gland which fills up and then ruptures and is fine after that. See if it happens regularly and with any specific foods. Then you may be able to prevent. You might want to see an Oral Surgeon for evaluation WHEN this occurs, so they can see it to properly evaluate it. Good Luck.

Harmless mucocele: Usually they're not a problem and will go away on their own. If concerned see your dentist for evaluation.
