A member asked:

Recent official dietary guidelines say the cholesterol from foods like in eggs don't affect the cholesterol level in body.no restriction on eggs then?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Eggs are good: But all things in moderation. Your next question is likely, "OK, so how often and how many eggs are safe to eat?" I don't think anyone can answer that question and back it up with data. The sea change is that conventional wisdom was previously "any egg is a bad egg".
