Yes: As long as you are not referring to "Allegra D" you can take these medications together. Antihistamine, decongestant, antibiotic: a safe and effective combination. Hopefully they will help you clear up your sinus infection. Never underestimate the power of rest and lots of fluids, especially with cold meds. Good luck!
