Decongestant effects: Decongestants (pseudoephedrine, phenylephrine) in some cold, sinus,or allergy pills or liquids (sometimes ending with"-D")are taken to dry up the nasal passages&reduce nasal congestion. They have caffeine-type side effects including anxiety,&can raise heart rate & blood pressure.Nasal decongestant sprays are better tolerated, but cannot be used>3days without risk of making things worse when stopping.

Sure it is not D?: loratidine or a similar medication rarely cause any problem specially the one you described but the D part the decongestant could easily caused all the problem you have described if you are not taking the D kind you can try the other allergy medicine like claritin,or zyrtec or you can go directly to anti histamine and start taking benadryl (diphenhydramine) at night since it could make you sleepy. good luck
