Here are some ...: Any man at 19 having testicular pain with its highly variable onset, degree, duration, interval, evolution, progress, & resolution should be evaluated for possible recurrent testicular torsion(twist) with spontaneous detorsion (untwist) although testicular pain may associated with urinary stone passage, inguinal hernia, epididymitis (STD- or UTI-related). So, see doc timely.
