Orthodontist: Your age makes any orthodontic treatment more complicated. Depends in part on your periodontal health. See a board certified orthodontist for evaluation.

Team approach: You should see at least 3 specialists to start with.First see the Prosthodontist for complete examination and diagnosis. The position and condition of the teeth and especially the bite positions and bone support are critical.Referral to the Oral Surgeon and Orthodontist would likely follow if surgery and braces are indicated. These 3 often team together. Bridge / implants may be possible. Good Luck

Same way: The same way you would make the correction in a junior, by carefully repositioning the teeth and supporting bone. Ask your Restorative Dentist to refer you to an Orthodontist. Together they can arrive at the best, most long lasting solution for your problem.
