A member asked:

My serum b12 has always been high (like 900+) but now it suddenly went to 463 (midrange on blood test). what does this mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nothing: High B12 levels result from people making extra amounts of the protein that carries it in the blood. Nobody knows why this fluctuates, but it does so, as many other proteins do. Be thankful for good health and relax.
