Back pain: If you haven't yet seen a Physical Therapist I strongly recommend that you do. If you have done so already without success I would recommend you see an orthopedist.

LBP, hip and thigh : The common possibility for your symptoms are problems with the low back. The low back is where nerves exist which control the hip and thigh muscles. More information is needed from good physical examination. There are other reasons, such are muscle problems, or an inflammatory problem.
