Sjogrens: It is difficult to say in one paragraph as there are so many variables involved with connective tissues disease. Routine blood work and physical examination are important to ensure you don`t have inflammation or organ dysfunction in other areas of your body. If you are taking medication then you could also be suffering from side effects. A normal BM biopsy is encouraging. Hang in there!

See your PCP: While your symptoms may be due to a Sjogren flare up, that will need appropriate therapy, some other medical conditions related or not to your previous comorbidities will need to be ruled out. Would recommend follow up with your PCP for further work up.
