both ct and mri's revealed subchondral bone marrow edema in my sore left hip. what is that? all bloodwork was normal. thanks.

Subchondral Edema: This signifies bone reaction when stressed. Many if not the majority of sore hips are soft tissue injuries. But these tests suggest a possible bone problem. Please see an orthopedist or MD specializes in these injuries.
