More information: you are 27 years old. we need more information. if this is your first pregnancy,then it must been inherited congenital problem. if you had many pregnancies in the past,specially if you delivered by C section,that will caused the uterus to be weak,it could even ruptured,and cause harm to the mother,and of course the fetus.. solution depend on your history. check with your GYN
