No, see OB.: Sexual arousal or even having sex will not harm the baby. Sex may cause complications in case the placenta is low in the uterus. Occasional mild bleeding in pregnancy is not uncommon. If is persists, you should consult your OB. I trust that for the sake of your and your baby's health you are seeing an OB.
