Probably nothing: Most women see clots with their periods. If they are really too large, you might be losing too much blood and be anemic, though. If you're pale, tired, short of breath, this could be the case. Also if your periods are very long (a week or more) or you bleed all month, this might mean your uterus is bleeding. If you have any of these symptoms, you should be checked by a professional.
