I'm a little unsure how this works. would this replace my other doctor?

Not really: You should have a primary doctor to call lawn should the need arise for you to be seen by someone locally. Through this service it is helpful when you can't be seen by your primary doctor like when you have a common illness and need guidance or medication treatment like anabiotic's.

Probably not: I'm thinking there are support folk who can talk about this Call 650-376-6010 and say you're a patient w/ questions. I believe this service can support your usual provider or deal w/ mild issues. If you have a good connection, it may be a helpful adjunct you'd let them know about - they may join up!
