Prob dehydrated: You can easily get dehydrated working outside, even if you don't feel hot. You can lose a lot of water by sweating and even breathing heavy while you're working. You need to drink more than you think you do. Dehydration commonly causes muscle cramps. Drink enough water so that your urine is a light yellow color.
