Sounds like an : Infection.Perhaps a hair bump ?iI would apply warm compresses , topical antibiotic and make an appointment to see your health provider.

Are there: signs of infection/inflammation(e.g. redness or swelling)? If so, could be an infection/abscess, and you should get it evaluated ASAP.
