How typical is it for sinusitis to cause vomiting?

No.: While sinusitis can cause face pain and pressure, tooth pain, congestion, headache, nasal discharge, occasionally fever and mild dizziness, vomiting would suggest something else may be going on. See your md for further evaluation.
