I have sinusitis for 4weeks and sometimes i have post nasal drip and with it i feel nausea and sometimes vomit. is that normal on post nasal drip?

Yes: The post nasal drip comes from the sinuses and nasal cavity.. Those secretions can irritate your throat and trigger the gag reflex, thus the nausea and vomiting. Best way to treat this is with a steroid nasal spray, oral antihistamines (Claritin etc) and if with infection (fever),a course of antibiotics. Get well soon.

Unusual: This is unusual for sinusitis and I suspect the problem may be from migraine instead since it can be mistaken for sinusitis. It may be difficult to diagnose the presence of sinusitis sometimes, and a CT sinus scan may be required to document it. Have you ruled out pregnancy?
