Eat small balanced meals every 2-3 hours consisting of a whole,unprocessed foods such as a lean protein, veggies, and healthy fat (eg - avocado) Reduce your starch/carbohydrate intake from breads/pasta as low as possible. Daily exercise is important to maintain good health as well. Last, reduce calories by limiting drinks with calories-water is best.
