See a dermatologist: Avoid Benadryl (diphenhydramine) in all forms. Begin with evaluation by a skin specialist. You can be helped but need exam first. Meanwhile, soak in bath or shower followed by application of a ceramide cream. Eucerin Eczema, Aveeno Eczema, CeraVe all are ceramide creams. OTC hydrocortisone may help a little. Usually prescriptions are best therapy. Non-dermatologists seldom get it right.
