Working out not enuf: Working out is good and you're wise to do it, but let's face it. It isn't sufficient to produce weight loss. Why? Because the calories you burn in 1 hours can be replaced by the eating you do in 3 minutes. Weight loss is ONLY accomplished by reduced caloric intake. Exercise is helpful but no substitute.
