A member asked:

How to find a great personal trainer if one has health issues?

Depends on issue: If you have recently had a heart attack or heart event such as an angioplasty, or if you have lung disease, there is a class of specialist known as cardiac (heart) or pulmonary (lung) rehab who are especially trained in improving exercise tolerance in people with diseases in those areas. Your pcp may be able to specifically direct you to exercise physiologists or physiatrists who can also help.

See below: I would call around to physical therapy centers to see if any of the therapists are also personal trainers.
