Had troponin done twice yesterday. first was slightly elevated and second normal. still have sob, pounding heart. should i exercise?

Troponin: I presume you saw a doctor to get troponin tested. You should ask this of someone with more information about you than you provide here. The doc who evaluated you and ordered the troponin would be a good place to start.

2nd normal: Very reassuring to know your second was normal. The sight elevation of the first is non-specific but I would still do a stress test, for completeness, to clear the air.
