I received a flu shot yesterday and a few hours after the shot i was having neck pain. went to sleep and now i cant move my head without having pain shoot down and up my spine. is this something to worry about? no history of spinal injury?

Nerve inflammation: If there has been no injury your may have strained your neck and nerve pathways are affected. The flu vaccination is less likely to be associated. Please follow up with your PCP, take Motrin for relief.
