Rash: If the rash involves both thighs,it would not be shingles;if only one thigh it could be. With such an extensive rash,I recommend an examination by your Physician or dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Blistering is often a viral rash,burn or severe allergic reaction.

You may have two...: I suspect you have two infections present: along the bikini line is likely a folliculitis ( do you shave there?); the second is likely the rash of a yeast (fungal) skin infection. over the counter you can use neosporin for the 1st and miconazole cream for the 2nd..Both are twice daily
