I have patches on my cheeks under my eyes away from my nose and it's dark it also burn when i touch it. it's also very dry.

Many possibilities: Without seeing your patches it is not possible to be sure what they represent. Since they are hot they are an active inflammation of some sort. They could represent an allergic or infectious process or be a marker for some underlying disorder in your body.. You should see a skin doctor (Dermatologist) as soon as possible to be diagnosed, treated and avoid scarring on your face.

R/O ECZEMA: Eczema /Allergic dermatitis is especially prevalent in these areas of the body. It responds to topical & oral steroids with flare. I also add in ZYRTEC&ZANTAC to block both histamine receptors. If SX. Persist or worsen get Derm consult
