CT sinuses, Rx: Some would treat empirically first with antibiotic 10-14 d, systemic decongestants (Sudafed), nasal steroids - and then get the CT afterward. Depends on exam, story, etc. Get seen, resolve infection concerns and then see an allergist to find out why this is happening. They are the best for accurate testing to find cause; a teaching center is near you w/ great allergists.
