Meditate, exercise: Regular exercise that is aerobic like cycling, jogging or tennis can be very helpful for both sleep, anxiety and vertigo. To abort a panic attack, sitting in a quiet room and focusing on slowly breathing in and out can be best. Regularly meditating is extremely effective for people with both anxiety and panic attacks.

Seek on site help: If you have had attacks of labrynthitis in the past, I suggest you see your PCP or ENT Doctor. If this is a new onset, never had it before, you should go to an ER to make certain it is not something more serious.

Didn't get much slee: I am not sure if you have Labyyrinthitis - this possibly is more related to your panic attacks, which also cause hyperventilation, tachycardia, which could make you feel dizzy . Panic ,anxiety, insomnia , dizziness are fairly common +possibly all are part of OCD. Treatment for acute symptoms should be Klonopin, Xanax, (alprazolam)etc, but most benefit would be the SSRI's-Zoloft, Lexapro,Luvox to name a few.

Labyrinthitis is: less likely to be caused purely by panic, although tinnitus is. Both are usually caused by physical things--viruses, medications, common colds, etc.). If your sx's are more about vertigo, this may degrade sleep. Anxiety has 33 sx's, sleep problems and tinnitus are two of them, so get a physical exam first to r/o non-anxiety causes. After that, consider a psychologist.
